The primary objective of AFKAAR is to make the students think and help them explore themselves globally by solving various problems at local, national, and international levels. With many young & innovative minds, India is looking to be a global leader in research and innovation. We at TBIC, CIED Foundation IUST are committed to contributing to this national mission through the “AFKAAR” idea’s competition by daring students to think differently. Submit an innovative solution to any problem in agriculture, energy-efficient systems, edutech, healthcare, food processing, tourism and IoT. If your idea stands out and has the answer to any problem that we as a society are grappling with, then you have a chance to win attractive cash prizes and the opportunity of being mentored and incubated at CIED IUST. Who can apply

Any undergraduate or postgraduate student enrolled in higher education institutes of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir

How to apply

Step 1: Register yourself & upload your idea.
Students should register themselves through AFKAAR 2023 portal and upload their ideas.
Step 2: Assessment and selection for the final stage.
Students whose innovative ideas with the proposed solution satisfy the predefined criteria will only be selected for the final stage.
Step 3: Presentation of selected participants.
Students will present their innovative ideas with a proposed solution through PPT presentation offline at IUST.
